Sean Williamson has significant oil and gas title experience, having prepared drilling and division order title opinions covering lands throughout Eastern Ohio, including the Utica Shale and Marcellus Shale. A fourth generation real estate attorney, he also has extensive experience with residential real estate transactions in both Ohio and Florida.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Florida – Levin College of Law in 2011, during which time he participated in a valuable judicial internship working in the chambers of a U.S. District Court Judge. He graduated with his B.S.B.A in Finance from the University of Florida in 2004, where he was an active member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
Sean currently lives in San Diego, California with his wife and daughter. In addition to his professional interests, he has a passion for traveling, having visited 6 continents and all 50 states, he is eager to see what new countries he can discover next. He is an avid sports fan and proud supporter of the University of Florida athletics.
